Barbeque Sauce with a Kick

2 Tbs. Oil
1 Tbs. chili powder
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. finely minced garlic
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cumin

Barbecue Sauce For Beef

1/2 cup butter or salad oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup chili sauce
1 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
4 lemon slices
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Combine ingredients and cook over low heat until thoroughly blended. Roast may be brushed with this while cooking, or sauce may be served separately. Yield: 12 servings.



Simple BBQ Chicken

1 cup chicken, cut up and skin removed
1 cup ketchup
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Add the chicken pieces to the slow cooker. Combine the ketchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl, pour over the chicken.
Cook on a low setting for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 hours.



Rub Seasoning

1/4 cup of Salt
1 lemon Rind
2 tsp Black pepper
3 tsp of brown sugar
Combine seasoning thoroughly.  Can be used on any type of meat, however it is recommended that you let the rest in the fridge before grilling.



Peach BBQ Sauce

1 can of Delmonte peaches
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white Vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
2 TBSP Soy sauce
2TBSP honey
3 cloves of garlic finely minced
1 tsp of dry Mustard
1 tsp dry ginger
1 hot chili pepper of your choice
combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until it is a smooth sauce.

3 cloves of garlic minced
4 cups of Ketchup
1/2 cup of white Vinegar
1/8 cup of Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup of Brown sugar
