Barbeque Sauce with a Kick

2 Tbs. Oil
1 Tbs. chili powder
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. finely minced garlic
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
In a medium sauce pan, combine all ingredients and bring the mixture to a boil. Remove from heat and allow to cool, letting it set for at least one hour for the flavors [...]



Barbecue Sauce For Beef

1/2 cup butter or salad oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup chili sauce
1 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
4 lemon slices
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Combine ingredients and cook over low heat until thoroughly blended. Roast may be brushed with this while cooking, or sauce may be served separately. Yield: 12 servings.

1 can of Delmonte peaches
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white Vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
2 TBSP Soy sauce
2TBSP honey
3 cloves of garlic finely minced
1 tsp of dry Mustard
1 tsp dry ginger

3 cloves of garlic minced
4 cups of Ketchup
1/2 cup of white Vinegar
1/8 cup of Worcestershire sauce
